This is the longest-running series of drop-in laughter workshops with laughter yoga outside India, into our 11th year now. Come and be part of something. No membership necessary.

No previous laughing experience required. Everyone welcome.

We had our 10 year anniversary in September, we had a live skype link with Dr Kataria in India, and we had a fab evening.

We've featured on BBC1, Discovery Channel, BBC2, Radio 4 and at Cheltenham Science Festival (three times). We've chatted with Johnny Walker on Radio 2, and led the UK's 1st National Sponsored Laugh-a-thon with the British Heart Foundation. We're regulars at Glastonbury Festival.
